A.Madam, court can't grant divorce in your absence. If you receive summons in the divorce case and can't attend to the court on the specific date, court can give exparty order by dissolving your marriage. So, after receiving sommons, attend to the court regularly. Rajasekhar Chowdary. Adv

A.first you have reach to the court and find out if this case is going on with ex parte or without ex parte. if it is going on with ex parte then you can file an application through counsel to remove ex parte and if it is going on without ex parte then you can present before Judge with your counsel.
