I had recently purchased agriland of 10 acres. Nearby my land in one tree they kept lord and worshiping . It is coming after my land border now that local persons are making trouble don't put fence near temple and leave open . If i put fence means they are threatening we will damage. If i want to put fence in my land they are demanding nearly half acres freely for that temple. Please suggest how can i proceed legally what is the solution

A.First, we have to determine whether they have any easement right or not through your land. Second, I suggest you also send a legal notice to them prohibiting them from doing so, via registered post.

It's also possible to file an FIR for trespass under 441.

Contact me if you need further assistance.
