A.if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then,
try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish,
don't forget to draft an MOU before approaching Mutual Divorce, which is the most essential and important part of a Divorce case,
some basic points to keep in mind and put in writing through an MOU before filing the petition for mutual consent divorce are custody of kids, distribution of assets (movable/immovable), quash/withdraw of pending litigation if any, Maintenance (present/future), Alimony, mode and time of making the payment, streedhan, future litigation, etc.
if failed, you are advised to file/claim
498a complaint against husband/in-laws (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, emotional, physical and monetary abuse, etc)
you have rights to claim residence, protection, compensation, maintenance, etc

if you do not want to opt the divorce presently, you can ask for judicial separation also,
your written submission that you will take divorce without money has no value in the eyes of law, engage a good counsel he/she will tackle with those papers,
Call/mail for a detailed discussion/understanding

A.If police had not taken cognizance of your complaint then you can file private complaint in court. You can file s.498 of IPC case against your husband and his relatives.
And also you can file domestic violence application in court for getting maintenance, shared house and protection from their harassment.

A.Madam, I have seen your query carefully and found that you should register a police complaint under section 323 ,498A, 504, 506 IPC along with 3/4 dowry prohibition act against your husband and his other family members. You can also file a petition against your husband and his other family members for cruilty and harassment under domestic violence act. . Aap maintenance ka case bhi file kar sakte ho. Aap ek legal notice bhej ker apna sara stridhan maang sakte ho aur agar aap ka husband stridhan vapas nahi karta hai tou aap uske khilaf section 406 / 420 I.P.C ki criminal court main criminal case bhi file kar saktee ho. I hope aapko apke sabhi sawalon ka proper jawab milgaya hoga. Agar phir bhi koi sawalon ka jawab aap janna chate ho tou bina kisi hesitation ke iss website ke administrator ke madhyam se mere se contact kar sakte hain
