MY SIBLINGS HAVE FILED A SUIT AGAINST ME IN 2018. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BE GIVEN ANY NOTICE OR SUMMONS. THE SUIT WAS DISPOSED IN 2019. CURRENT THERE IS A CHAMBER ORDER ON THE SUIT. CAN I BE IN THE COURT WHEN THE NEXT DATE IS GIVEN FOR HEARING FOR THE PETITIONERS. DO I NEED TO APPOINT A LAWER NOW OR WAIT FOR THE SUMMONS FROM THE COURT.

A.Chamber order is moved for procedural reliefs and cannot affect any property/ substantive right normally. Also, no Suit can be proceeded without service of Writ of Summons on the other side and you cannot claim to be heard without being added formally by the Court through summons. However, if you suspect specific fraud you may seek appropriate legal advice of a lawyer from your area.
