Regarding corpus fund
I purchased one flat in Bengaluru which is E-Khata & gram panchayat approved. During purchase, the builder has not taken any maintenance charge or corpus fund amount. Now an association has been formed & they want corpus fund contribution from every owner. We are already paying a monthly maintenance charge on the basis of 2.5 rupees per sqft (SBA). Also, they are telling to pay the corpus fund. But its amount is the same for every flat. Question: Corpus fund should be collected on the basis of per sq ft? Any legal rule for this? Because I am having the smallest flat & lowest land share in society.
