One person asked money,he told my wife was in hospital.i was given money through online mode. When i called for money,he switch of his phone,he cheated more persons like this,i want to book case against him because he cheated many persons like this.he tell false information like his wife was in hospital.i want suggestion sir.

A.you may go to the police and lodge a complaint and they will file FIR . you have to give the necessary information about that person and the details of that money transaction made with him .
