Harassment at workplace

One of my coworkers is facing harassment. The company is private IT company and there is no ICC formed at the company to complain about it. There is no independent HR department. How to proceed with the complaint

A.in law there is no provision that if female workers is facing harassment, The company is private IT company or not. ask ur colleague to came fwd and file a complaint in local PS.

A.HR Department and ICC is company issue. Ask your friend to give complaint directly to his immediate boss so that company thinks what to do. Ask him to take acknowledgement.

A.You can file criminal complaint against accused in Police Station and also serve notice to head of company to form preventive sexual harassment committee.

A.Go to the nearest police station and file complaint against them immediately. Or labour commissioner office
