Property Property

We have a house which is in the name of my grandmother. She died around 20 years ago. My grandfather also died around 3 years ago. They have 7 children which includes 6 daughters(all married) and 1 son(my father). Now my father want to sell this property. So I have the following queries: 1. How to transfer the property title in my father's name? 2. Do we require the signatures of my aunts also? If yes then on which documents? 3. Do we require a lawyer or document can be made from notary? 4. Do all the aunts need to be present at the same time for the documents to be signed? 5. What will be the cost/fees for transferring the title in my father's name? 6. Can the property title be transferred directly in buyers name?
