Regarding resignation from the post

I have submitted my resignation to school with 3 months prior notice as per the rules but they are not accepting it and forcing me to work a month extra. They have my graduation certificate and till I don’t accept their instructions they’ll not return me the certificate and neither provide an experience letter

They can not hold either your graduation certificate or experience letter. Need to take and legal action against the school

They cannot retain your original certificates and you have authority to get issue a legal notice and get back your documents if not can also lodge police complaint.
