A.Dear madam, you have option to file divorce petition before the family court on the ground of cheating by giving false information. You have mentioned that you got married recently therefore you are required to wait one year from the date of your marriage for apply of divorce. Kindly think of twice before thinking about divorce because you got recently married, you need to look into how correct your married life. You informed that he is studying, there is possibility to get job. Giving false information at the time of marriage is not serious offence. If want divorce plz contact and I will guide you and assist you by giving legal service.
