i am living from more than 30 years in one house on open land , room was purchased earlier in 2000, but not connected land, may i take ownership of that land, the owner is dead on 2005 and someone came and claim that he is son and need to vacant his land. but he don't have his ownership name on his papers.

A.1)You can perfect your title of ownership on land by theory of adverse possession for more than 12 years.
2) Therefore you need to file civil suit in civil court for declaration and injunction.
3) In that suit you need to prove peaceful continuous possession for more than 12 years without interruption by original owner.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a suit for title as you have perfected your title by way of adverse possession by remaining in the land for more than 12 years.
