Cheating on pretext of arranging an interview for job

Sir, I have been cheated with Rs. 10000/- in the context of arranging an interview for job. That too, the culprit forced me to use of my Credit Card for withdrawal of money from ATM. The moment he took money he has been disappeared by diverting my attention. When I was trying to call him on his mobile number, I came to know that he switched off his mobile phone soon after grabbing money from me. It happened on 9-Jan-2019 night at whitefield. I am not sure how to proceed with to get the curlprit and got my money back from him. HIs mobile number is 8660577328. As per Truecaller his name displayed as Tech Mahindra Ravi Prakash.

Please do the FIR immediately stating all the relevant information immediately. The police will trace the person.

A.Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaint with police or private complaint through advocate before Magistrate or get issue a legal notice and then file a suit for recovery of amount along with compensation of Rs. 2,00,000/- for mental torture etc.
