Property Registration Issue

Had purchased land which is yet to be registered. Land lard daughter signed only on agreement. She got married and now she is not ready to sing for the registration
Is there any legal issues, if I proceed for registration without her signature

A.1. You cannot proceed for the registration of the property without her signature and personal appearance,
2. send her a legal notice through counsel to complete her part of the agreement,
3. in failure to comply the notice file a suit for specific performance,

Get Special Power of Attorney from her through other legal heirs and get registered sale deed in your name or file a suit for specific performance and it will be decreed in your favour and the Court agency will register the sale deed in your name in that case the presence of that lady/daughter is not necessary.
