Permanent Injunction Query
Namaskaram,
We are the defendants in a Permanent Injunction suit filed in 2003 and the plaintiff of the suit lost the case as he doesnt prove his title, his possession and cause of action for filing Permanent injunction. The suit was dismissed.
Now can I take the possession of the land as a defendant and as the plaintiff lost the case. Under which section can I take I the possession. Is there any section that objects my possession ??
A.Dear Sir,
It is declare that impliedly you are in possession so you must take confidential advise from your lawyer as to how to get into possession.
