What is the importance of non registered partnership deed on 100 rs stamp paper witout any witness only notorize stamp

A.Dear Sir,
Its not compulsory to register a partnership firm. But if the partnership firm is not register then you can sue any firm, you can not claim set off i.e. mutual adjustment of set off with the third party.
