Need details about Forgery case and DVC Quash

Hi all,
I wanted to just brief about my cases i ask my questions:

My wife has put all wrong cases against me , after staying only for 20 days after marriage. The cases include (Nullity of Marriage,DVC, 498A, 408 and 420). 408 and 420 are completely removed by police(against me and my parents) after investigation and 408A they have removed on my parents, they have clearly described that i have not done any dowry harrasment but then they have put 498A against me only. My wife works in Hyderabad and i work in Hyderabad, but she has deliberately put these cases in her hometown in Andhra Pradesh. We are about to put quash petition in Amaravathi (under 382) for 498A as she has put protest petition in the lower court. There we have mentioned to quash all further proceedings of the case. Now coming to my DVC case the cross-examination for her, has been nullified by the judge after a long time as she is absent to the court since a long time (In the past two years she has appeared before the court twice) the DVC judge always says in the Docker that the if she doesn't come further cross examination will be nullified and the case will be dismissed, but he never dismisses the case. He has given many last chances to her and finally Nullified the cross for her but did not dismiss the case , as the judge himself is a corrupt candidate. These are the points i wanted to mention for Forgery:
1) since she is not attending any of the cases in the "Cheif Affedevit" petirion (the document that is put in the court before taking oath), on that day she was absent , hence the judge asked the pettioner's counsel to provide the CA or else he told he will dismiss the case. Hence the petitioner counsel went back and put the sign himself on the CA and came back and submitted in the court. One more point is she always says before the court that "she has no means of earning" before the court. For that we have sent a lawyer notice to her company and her company responded back saying that she is working in their company with 8.32 lakhs per annum. Now these are my questions .

1) Since the DVC judge is corrupt, i don't want to file the Forgery case against her in her hometown as it is a criminal case and the same judge will handle the case. Instead i want to put a forgery case against her in Hyderabad by taking all certified copies of DVC. Can i put the forgery case in Hyderabad, since we both(she and myself) are working in Hyderabad.

2) Can i put DVC quash in Amaravathi as i am doing for 498A ? Is 382 applicable for DVC ? If 382 is not applicable for DVC is there any way i can put a quash petition for DVC ?

Can anyone please answer my questions as i am in trouble since the past 2 years and i have never done any harm to even an ant.
