Sir my uncle is in patna high court. And abhi tk unki bale nhi Hui.. lawyer said many times ki Kal ho jaaegi prso ho jaaegi.Lekin 3 months ho gye.. lawyer ki baate sunte sunte. Unke upr case h ki unhone opposite party pe kulhadi se vaar kiya.. which is not true. That time unke hath m danda tha. Lekin case kulhadi ka bol k file kiya.. please help us kitne time aur lgega uncle ki bale hone me

A.Pl contact your lawyer in HC and ask the bail application number which was filed by him thereafter you can search the status of your uncle' s bail application on line.

A.See you have to wait till the police filed the chargesheet in the court and if police has already filed the chargesheet then you have a chance to get bail from the court or appeal in higher court.
