Mutual consent divorce after 8 months marriage Mutual consent divorce after 8 months marriage

We got married in may 2019. Earlier, she had told about her 7 year affair with a boy (which I've audio recording). But just before marriage, she denied this. After marriage, she denied physical relationship with me & I saw her talking to exBF. She is not accepting her mistake now, & alleged impotency upon me in family meeting, & asked for mutual consent divorce. & I agreed for it.
1. Is mutual consent divorce possible now?
2. If not, what are other options?
3. Is nullification possible mutually??
4. If she applies for nullification for my impotency, shall i accept it, as even I want to get seperated, or will it affect me adversely in terms of alimony??
5. What if I apply for nullification alleging her impotency??
