Need urgent help regarding cyber crime

Hi, My employer has filed a complaint on me for data theft which i didn't do. He had filed an FIR on 1st november 2019
with cyber crime sections 62A and 72A.
Police had freezed my bank accounts and taken my passport. Till date they didn't filed chargesheet.
My employer is demanding RS 6000000 To close the FIR and issue a relieving letter. Please help what should i do. I am badly stuck with financials as police has freezed my bank account.

A.You should hire an advocate asap and ask him to make an Application for De-freezing of Bank Account before the Court which granted you Bail and thereafter Order may be obtained from the said Court to de freeze the Bank Account.
