A civil legal notice on partion and injunction issue. A civil legal notice on partion and injunction issue.

Good day Sir/Madam ,
I am from West Medinipur of West Bengal State. My father has recently received a legal notice from the local court on partition and injunction regarding a land on which neither we had any interest nor have at present.
The notice contains 13 defendants and my father's name is at no. 11.
Defendants no. 1,2 and 13 against whom the main case is, have already fixed lawyer and have said that we don't need to worry regarding this. Instead of that, I just want to know
what to do against this notice to stay away from this case as in it we have no axe to grind?
Thank you.

A.Hi client,
You need to appear before the Ld. court and say the same. Ask your lawyer to submit the same in your favour. If a legal notice is being framed in your favour then you should attend and respond the same .
