I am a widow and bought a lig flat in sarita vihar some years ago on power of attorney.. later it was made freehold and i gave it legally to two of my sons who were living with me. The elder one died and is survived by his wife and a daughter who have always lived separately and she got an ex parte divorce in her name.My surviving son wants to sell the same now.Can it be sold without tajing the widow od the elder son into confidence?

A.Dear Sir,
If the property is standing in the name of widow it cannot be sold by anybody.

A.no he cannot sell the property without the permission of the minor girl,
