I met with accident inside my company Deloitte building premises due to dog attack. I sustained fracture injury on leg, hospitalised for 13 days, was operated to fix two plates and couple of screws. Incurred 5 lakhs rupees on medical bills out of which I got 3 lakhs from company sponsored Mediclaim. 80 thousand I got from company sponsored accident insurance. Can I claim compensation for suffering and quality of life affected as the accident happened inside the building premises due to dog attack. Please note that in that building there are so many companies but when I ask help from Deloitte, it says to talk to building security and when I ask help from building security they tell me to talk to Deloitte

A.Before u move to building security u should think of involving the chief Managing authority there and then else

A.1. you can claim compensation on account of mental/physical pain, loss,
2. the claim will be assessed keeping in view the difficulties you are going to face in the future,
serve them a legal notice before moving ahead
