Our advocate submitted the affidavit of consent while recieving the compensation of land acquired in Delhi meerut expressway while in the case of other farmers of the same village the affidavit is of under protest .Can our affadivit be changed and what is the procedure to do so .Wheather will it create any problem while recieving the compensation in arbitration stage in collector office

A.Affidavit can never be amended. You need to file saperate affidavit to change the affidavit by mentioning the exact reason and the correct paragraph.
