I bought agricultural land in kamasamudranear Kolar, it was a grant land , the family who got this land sold to another person,(a)who in turn sold to another person(b) and I bought this land 12 years ago and in possession of the land I had Nilgiris trees. Recently started planning trees other trees for wood. I have Pani and mutation register/copies of the document in my name. The previous two owners also had the Pani and Katha in their respective names before it was sold me me. I live in another city and visit the place once in 2 or 3 month. About 2 weeks ago some one who got my phone number and started telling me that the land is his grandfather's and that person sold me is not authorised and case is going on since 8 months and threating me not to go near my land. Please advice what options or what should be doing in this case.
