Fake case

Someone accused me in a fake counter case. This case was done in the court.
After 1 year now i received a notice from the court.
323,341,379,304 IPC is put on me.
This case is totally fake that's the region this case is not done in Local police station.

A.If such notice coming from court then go to the court. Then it will be clear
