A.Dear client,
You should 1stly, lodge a FIR at your nearest thana, No matter even if you might be knowing where has she gone. 2ndly, if she is traced out try to motivate amicably if not ready to come back, then only file u/ s 9 Restitution of Conjugal Rights at Family court.
