A.Dear Sir,
First request the concern person as you need a money for marriage. If still they does not pay then send a legal notice. This will be the last stage. The company managment might take action against you for such a legal notice.
Thanks

A.Dear client,
You must be knowing ur company better, but when other works are smoothly going on in this company, then why has hold ur salary since 6mths.
In my opinion you should issue a legal notice for releasing ur salary.
Thanks

A.Sir,
You should consider sending legal notice to your employer. It makes a psychological impact. Since your salary is delayed by just one month, it would be a good start to pressurize the management.

A.I would suggest that you approach a labour court. An employee can file a suit under Section 33(c) of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 recovery of money due from an employer.
When the salary is due from the employer, the employee himself or any other person authorized by him in writing on his behalf can claim recover money.

A.Dear Sir,
You have two options. You may get issue a legal notice and/or file a representation before Labor Commissioner who has vast powers to mediate under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
