Someone lodge ipc 376 on my hubby. Now he is in custody from one month onwards he didn't getting any bail and no reply from police station give any solution to get a bail

It completely depends upon the facts of your case . If you are not getting bail from the lower courts you can apply before the Highcourt. Contact an advocate immeadiately to draft the bail petition and further proceedings.

A.Dear client,
Getting Bail, totally depends on involvement in case, if direct allegations, against accused , then bail may be on the basis of custody period. Otherwise, other may be released from H. C of your jurisdiction.

A.1. nowadays, getting bail in a 376 case is extremely hard until you have some solid proof,
2. you can get the bail for your husband from the High Court depends upon the fact of the case,

A.Since how many days is he in the custody? U must have been given information regarding his arrest. File a bail application and let the court pass an order which will disclose the case prosecution has made. Accordingly, u need to work out the grounds for bail and move an application for bail before the Hon'ble High Court.
