Hi, My Father has kept nomenee as her sister for bank deposits. he is expired now and how can we claim that?
A.Dear Sir,
Nominee is not the legal heir and cannot get entire amount. She is entitled for only as per inheritance law otherwise in the capacity of trustee she has to hand over the said amount to the legal heirs of your father. File a suit accordingly.

A.Family register copy , Aadhar card, affidavit , Take two such witnesses who have an account in that bank and go to the bank.
