Can a person's past be used to settle the current situation
My relationship with this girl was 7 months old i decided to marry her we got involved physically but i dont want to b with her so i brokeup now she says y have u used me in misconception i had sex with u that ur gonna marry me one day now ur saying no...
I told that u have a past may b u were involved that time also
On which she says even if i had 100 bfs in the past that doesnt give u the right to use me in any way can a girl file case against me as she says that she trusted me and i broke her trust can i prove that she was not of good character and save myself because she keeps saying whatever her past may be it doesnt give me a licence to use her physically for fun

A.dear client in your case Sex under the pretext of marriage is not considered as Rape, if it was mutual. Since, in your case, you both had physical relationship with the consent then it cannot be termed as RAPE. However, she has the right to file case against you. You can consult for further advice in this regard

A.With due respects to others views, I have come across judgements punishing men who had sex with the promise of marrying a girl. You will escape only if she fails to prove that your relationship was under a promise of marriage.

A.Dear Friend,

Principle of “buyer beware” does not applicable under marriage laws. She just cheated you. Character is the most important factor in the marriage. You just deny she may go to police they have their own tricks to get information from her about her past life. Nothing will happen. Be brave and face the situation. It is not legal contract between you and the girl. But had mutual benefit.

A.The character of the girl or women cannot be questioned in such cases as per law.so any objection in this regard will not be entertained by the police or by the court

A.No. You have to be careful as is the case is against you,because you have refused your to marry after your promise to marry.Better to consult a family matter lawyer quickly and settle the issue amicably quickly.
