I have an agricultural land of my grand mother at Jamrawan Sector in Fatehpur Tehsil, Fatehpur District, my cousin Uncle's have transferred the same in their name by support of Chakbandi Adhikari showing that a mutual agreement had been my grand mother in 1998. whereas my grand father was alive at that time and the property was on his name, he died in 2001. on 2016 we have approached and got it in the name of my grand mother. on year 2017 my cousin's uncle filed a suit and Tehsildar Nayaik passed an stay order stating that earlier an order was passed based on mutual agreement done by my grand mother. the case is going on and my grand mother expired on 7th Jan'2020. my mother is only legal heir of the entire property and she carry a registered will made on Jan'17. please suggest.
