A.Dear Sir,
If you are not got legal divorce from Court then you cannot marry.

A.Hi,
No you cannot remarry without dissolving your first marriage. This would be against the law.

A.Hello Client,
You can remarry only after dissolving your first marriage.
If You have not taken divorce from your first wife you can not remarry under Hindu Laws.

A.you can remarry after dissolving your first marriage by way of a divorce decree from the competent Court of Law,

A.Its an offence of bigamy under 494 IPC to marry during subsistence of first wife. But if the wife has consented to it, i will not be an issues unless your are Government Servant.
