my husband took ex parte divorce .I went for First Appeal after 123 days delay. he appeared in the high court and case was referred to mediation centre at that time my husband got married to other woman.and she was 5months pregnant at the time .In counter affidavit he mentioned about his marriage.high court set aside the ex parte divorce. What is the status of the second marriage and the child?

A.Dear Sir,
You will be entitled for huge compensation if you establish that such ex-parte divorce was the result of misusing the judicial process. The status of second wife and her child will be legalized.

A.Hi client,
The second marriage stands automatically void. The child born out of such marriage is illegitimate.

A.Hello Client,

Until and Unless your husband dissolves the marriage with you, the second marriage is void automatically and a child without wedlock is considered as illegitimate.

A.The second marriage is automatically annulled and the child that would be born is considered to be an illegitimate child.
