How to fulfill conditions mentioned in bail granted in false 498a/406 How to fulfill conditions mentioned in bail granted in false 498a/406

The Hon'ble Sessions Court has granted me and my family members bail under following conditions:

In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on executing PB and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- each on following conditions -
a] The applicants are further directed not to make any inducement directly or indirectly, threat or pressurize any prosecution witnesses.
b] The applicants/accused are directed to furnish their permanent residential address with proofs and contact numbers.
c] Breach of any conditions by the applicant /accused shall result in cancellation of relief of pre-arrest bail.
d] Inform I.O. / concern police station accordingly

I have already initiated communication with the IO via postal letters and phone calls on how to complete bail related formalities. I have even visited the police station to meet IO, but she was not present there. She is not responding to my letters/ phone calls. How to complete the bail related formalities in this case? I live in Mumbai whereas the FIR is registered in Thane.

A.Hi client,
Do not worry. It is the duty of the IO to do the whole needed procedures.
You just keep the order of your bail or a certified copy of it ready at the time of arrest.
Thank you

A.You have procured Anticipatory bail, i.e. to be released on bail in the event of arrest. Let the I.O. conduct enquiry and take the case forward. Until then you do not have to do anything. Whenever you are called to appear for enquiry, just carry the bail order copy along with you.
