I belong to OBC non creamy layer category under central government as my both parents are working in state governmant group C employees but to get reservation benifit in karnataka government jobs its required to belong to 2A CATEGORY of OBC. the criteria speaks only about excluding grade 1 &2 employees from 2A CATEGORY reservation and income limit of 8 lacs in G.O: SWD 225 BCA 2000 DATED 30/03/2002, but not SAYS ANYTHING about group c employees and about not clubbing the income from salary and agriculture as in case of central government. but my family doesnt have any income apart from salaries of parents, do I able to seek reservation benifits of OBC 2A category in karnataka state government employement?
