Do I need to visit customs office with the show cause notice for importing a RC drone ? Or can I reply without a advocate on my own

A.Yes you can reply the notice without an Advocate by replying yourself, but I suggest you consult an advocate from Vidhikarya.

A.Either you or your advocate needs to visit and settle the matter.
However, it is not mandatory that you need an advocate for such issues. You can go there in person and solve the matter by talking to the appropriate authorities.
