Sir i am having shop in registered co-operative society about only 100 sq. ft. but when i bought it there was no basin, or toilet. i wish to build my toilet
outside my shop. i am whole day in the shop. society says that you can build in your shop. but it is not possible due to my small shop. i told society only 8 feet is needed and i will built with my own expenses. but they refused what can i do?

A.dear client in your matter i agreed on advice given that When you bought the shop you know well there is no toilet.You cannot demond the additional space for the toilet. You have to take the Society into confidence & with due consent and approval in record only then can proceed to have wash basin or toilet.

A.Represent to the Society if refused then go to High Court they will pass some reasonable order in your favor.
