Epf and esic employer share deduction from salary

My employer deducting his share of epf and esic from my gross salary. I have not sign any such contract or CTC where it is mentioned that even employer share will be deducted from employee salary, no such contract signed. Please advice.

A.Hi client,
No employer can deduct his(employer's) share of ESIC and Epf from an employee's salary.
You can talk to him for such deductions once and if he is not responding or clarifying such deductions you can send him a legal notice.

A.Dear client,
As per labour act, if any employee is covered under esi and pf as per norms in company or under contract act.
There is no need to ask from employee in ESIC only employee but in EPF both will contribute.
