One of brother is in CRPF job . He has been tortured mentally by his officers and he has been treated like pshychic patient. What should we do for his protection and how we can help him in a legal way.
Please guide us.

A.If you have any such evidence then approach to the higher authority of concern department. If not possible then go to the court

A.Hi,
The training of a CR PF has a lot of hardships and includes many such conditions which a lay man cannot think of.
Now you need to see that what kind of torture he went through.i.e what extra tortures were faced by him. No trainer has a right to assault or pressurize a trainee mentally. You can complain against such assault and file a case.
