My father expired oct 2019 ,he is govt employee & my mother is a govt employee can I eligible mritak ashrit job instead of my father

A.Your father was not only bread earner of his family because of your mother's govt job. As per Dying in harness rules family of deceased employee having no source of livelihood and facing extreme financial crises. You do not come within the perview of such rules. As such you can not apply for job in place of your deceased father.
