Hi team,
We have filed a complaint against one our neighbour due to his bad behaviour. Police bounded that person for 6 months. Now that person is opposing the same and move to megistrate and we have received one notice that we guys need to attend that date because we are the one who filed that complaint. Now i just wanted to ask you whether we need to attend that date or if we won't go, this case will get dismissed by its own. We have already skipped one date.

A.Dear sir
You have to approach the court immediately and see that bond is necessary since your neighbor is habitual offender or trouble giver otherwise the bond taken by police will be quashed
