dear client in your matter There is no question of physical relationship.Under the Act & Law only duly married unencumbered in all other case there is no sanctity of law, can be prosecuted and punished under the various sections of the Act.

If one of them not reached marriageable age it is an offence. Without marriage also an offence. Police may turn it any way. Be careful.

Our system doesn't permit having physical relationship before marriage particularly student.u may face trouble if your girlfriend black mail u.she may file rape case against u.and u will be convicted up to 10 years.Better avoid love affair during student life.Having love affair with minors is crime.
