i am in a big joint family ,with my father n his brother we have four properties in delhi . now we have deceided to part ways to which my father's brother is resisting . what legal remedies do we have

A.Dear sir/madam

If it is not ancestral property then you cannot claim. However if it is HUF Property[ Hindu undivided family] then you can file a partition suit claiming your share .

A.Hello Client,

firstly, try to convince your uncle, understand what he wants, on failing that,
If the property is an ancestral property then your father can file a Partition suit against his brother.

A.Hi client,
The details of your property is required. The shares of the land is to verified. If its an undivided property then definitely the consent of others are required. For further suggestions you need to consult a good civil lawyer and take the suggestions of the same.
