A.There are a lot of provisions you have.

1. Sexual Harassment under POSH Laws.
2. Defamation under IPC
3. Fraud and Cheating along with criminal breach of trust.
4. You can also charge him with rape if in case you people had sexual intercourse (this will be tough to prove but the allegations can be put)

Thanks

A.Hello client,
As you have gone through a number of harassment and issues ,you need to decide before what exactly you want. Before any legal procedure starts kindly keep collecting all the documents you have related to him , which can help in proving your case. For example collect the messages, chats , messages , screenshots of calls and most importantly ,kindly keep all the photos you have with him. File an F.I.R against him immeadiately. Then consult an Advocate for further case filing.
Defamation, Cheating , Abuse are all separate facts and matters.
I am giving a small overview of what are the basic elements needed for your primary knowledge.
For Defamation- There are two kinds of Defamation.
Direct Evidence- It means when the evidences you have are enough to directly support your defamation.
Circumstantial Evidence- Circumstantial evidence, on the other hand, consists of a fact or series of facts that, if proven, indirectly prove another fact.
There are four common forms of evidence in a defamation case: testimonial, documentary, physical, and demonstrative.
For Cheating-You need to prove that there was an intention to cheat at the time of making the misrepresentation and this fact is to be proved on the basis of all the subsequent conducts acts and omissions of the accused.
For abuse or physical torture you can use the medical reports or medicines you took to the police officer.
Thank you.
