When i take local set of box the person promised he will give 50% amount when i return the box. but now he is not agree to return money

I guess to your talking about your DTH connections. It depends upon the scheme which you have chosen . For legal help you can send your operator a legal notice. You can also file a case under the Consumer Protection Act.
