WHETHER THE BUDA, BELAGAVI TAXOR COLLECT DEVELOPMENTAL CHARGES ONCE THE LAND HANDED OVER TO CORPORATION? For the same purpose {e.g.,vacant plot tax} already paid to CCB again for the same BUDA CAN RECOVER THE TAX.
