From your query it could be understood that you have received a bill from your bank regarding the credit card which you are claiming to be wrong . If anything like this happens immediately contact your bank and write a letter to the bank manager. You should also send an email to the main / head branch narrating the same. First try to solve them mutually . If the bank ignores the same then at first send a legal notice then file a suit.
