Sir main lko se baat Kar rahi hu and mujhe ye Janna hai ki without jirah ya bahas k mutual se divorce ho skta hai bcoz 1 sal se case court main hai. Nd Kai midation bhi ho chuki hai jisse case court main chala gya hai ....to Kya bina jirah k divorce nhi ho skta kyaa....

A.Hello Client,

if you want a mutual divorce and other side is ready to do so then you have to file a petition for Mutual consent along with MOU.

you can withdraw your previous case first or can convert the previous case into Mutual Consent.

both the parties have to be present before the court with their respective Advocates.

A.Hi client,
You can easily get a mutual divorce if both of you are willing to do so. Both of your presence before the court is necessary. When you get the divorce submit the certified copy of the said before the current running divorce. Automatically your previous case shall be closed.

A.Your case is already in court. So you request your advocate do file a petition with mutual consent.

A.Mutual divorce can be only with the consent of both parties if u and u wife is agreed for mutual divorce it can be done within very short period say 7 days, 15 days. But both husband and wife should be agreed and settle their terms and conditions if any. The court case pending will also finished as well
