My wife got a job and moved away 4 years ago. I expressed my displeasure and did not consent to this move. How can I file for a divorce?

A.You can file divorce petition. If your wife nothing any response then you will get ex parte divorce from concern court

A.If she has totally withdrawn from you for minimum period of 2 years you can get divorce for dessertion. Here it is four years so, you can easily have divorce

A.The question here is do you really want a divorce?
Or is it that this displeasure of yours is because she moved out.
If you want to stay together then you can file a Petition for RCR and if you want divorce then you can file a divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty, desertion etc in the local court of your jurisdiction.
However, this advice works if you are a Hindu. There are certain technical information missing. I am advising you this keeping a base that you are a Hindu by religion and so is your spouse.

A.File a divorce under section 13 of HMA. Take ground of leaving your society.

A.Hi client,
You can get divorce in two ways -Mutual and contested. For mutual you can approach to your wife for the said.
For contested you have to file it within your jurisdiction . Contact a divorce lawyer for further process.
