I have booked a flat. Builder issued a pamphlet which lists 8 free amenities including a free club house membership. At the time of offer of possession Club house ins't ready and builder is asking for more than an years time for it to be operational.
Builder is forcing to pay in full and to take possession without advertised free club membership.
Kindly assist what could be done. Is it legal on part of builder to force possession without agreed amenities.

A.Hi client,
A pamphlet showing certain facilities isn't enough. You need to collect all the documents or any such agreements where the facilities where being mentioned. You shall also go through the conditions mentioned there in. The clauses they gave you. You can at first send them a legal notice . You can also file a case under The Consumer Protection Act.
Thank you
